Order Confirmation & Tracking As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. Once your order has been submitted, we will provide you with order status and shipping information, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Order Acceptance & Pricing Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Playbook Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
To prevent fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can include an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. We reserve the right to directly cancel an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on our site. However, errors may still occur, such as cases when an item's price is not displayed correctly. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Processing & Shipping Times Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after being placed.

- Transit Time: 5-8 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM EST
All orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) ship the same day.
What Happens After I Place an Order? You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, which includes your order number and receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 2-4 business days (not including holidays). Products with customizations will take longer to ship out.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email support@playbooksupply.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received," and someone from our team will assist you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped after we receive the final customization details.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order? Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you via email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@playbooksupply.com, and we will assist you from there.
