Refund & Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@playbooksupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. After approval, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with detailed instructions.
  3. Note: Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Exchanges: Customer pays to ship the item back; we cover shipping of the replacement item.
  • Damaged or Wrong Orders: We cover all return costs and provide a prepaid label.
  • Standard Returns/Refunds: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Processing Time

Fastest option: Return the item and place a new order for what you want.

Processing: 7–9 business days after we receive your return. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once the exchange ships.

Refunds & Processing Time

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Internal processing: 2–3 business days
  • Bank processing: 3–10 business days (varies by your financial institution)

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at support@playbooksupply.com.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear

Oversized Item Returns

Some items require special return procedures due to size or weight.

  • Process: Contact support@playbooksupply.com before sending back any oversized item.
  • Shipping Costs: For standard returns/exchanges, customer covers freight/oversized shipping. We cover costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
